Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy for Celestial Inspiration

Celestial Inspiration respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized representatives may submit a takedown notice if they believe their work has been infringed upon. As a service provider, Celestial Inspiration operates under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA and complies with valid copyright infringement notifications.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

To submit a good faith copyright infringement claim, please provide the following details in writing:

  1. Signature – A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the Work – A clear description of the copyrighted work that is allegedly being infringed.
  3. Location of Infringing Material – The URL(s) or other identifying information that allows us to locate the allegedly infringing content.
  4. Contact Information – Your name, physical address, email address, and phone number.
  5. Good Faith Statement – A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
  6. Accuracy Statement – A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, under penalty of perjury.

Important: By submitting a copyright infringement claim, you acknowledge and agree that Celestial Inspiration may share your complaint, including your identity, with the alleged infringer.

Counter-Notification – Restoration of Material

If you believe that content was removed in error due to a misidentification or mistake, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must contain the following elements:

  1. Signature – Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of Removed Material – A description of the removed content and its original location.
  3. Good Faith Statement – A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed as a result of an error or misidentification.
  4. Consent to Jurisdiction – Your name, address, and phone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location (or any applicable jurisdiction if outside the U.S.).
  5. Submission – Send your counter-notification via our [Contact Page] or email.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Celestial Inspiration may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking a court order.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Celestial Inspiration enforces a strict repeat infringer policy in compliance with the DMCA. Accounts with multiple violations may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
