ENOUGH FOR WHAT YOU NEED
You broke this loaf, and it carried a message about provision.
You’ve probably looked at the total before you’ve even reached the register, doing the math in your head before the cashier says a word. Bills. Groceries. Something that’s needed fixing for a while now, but can probably last another month.
You’re not asking to be rich. You’re asking something much smaller than that.
Enough that one surprise doesn’t undo the whole month. Enough to help your family without lying awake afterward wondering how. Enough is a worthy prayer, exactly as it is.
Provision doesn’t always arrive the way we picture it. Sometimes it looks like less going wrong. A smaller bill than expected. Something lasting longer than it should have. An expense that quietly disappears, or a cheaper way through that shows up right when you needed it.
Has anything eased slightly around money lately — even something small? That may be worth noticing.
